Champagne Cuvée Reflet, Clemens Bertrand

With Cuvée Reflet, his intention was to select plots that have a special place in his heart, that are emblematic of the estate due to their location in Prouilly, his native town. This micro-vigneron Champagne is obtained from 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Meunier grapes, all from the 2020 harvest.

Vinification: fermentation in oak barrels up to 35%

Dosage: extra brut 1 gram per liter
