Very fresh and expressive, chalky and invigorating. Scent of citrus, lime and a rich and floral aroma character.

Mouthfeel

The start is very subtle, you notice the bubbles very elegantly. Lots of fresh, young acids that stick with you for a very long time. Beautiful yellow fruit alternates with blossom aromas and stone fruit with a very small amount of fat. This sparklingly pure Chardonnay fully deserves grand cru status and is one that you will enjoy for the following 10 years!
